Deja Vu Doll's Big Day
Doll here to bark very loudly that TODAY IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! My forever family came to pick me up today. From the moment I saw them, I knew they love me as much as I love them. Our first family photo looks greyt! I am so excited to go to my new home where I will meet my new human brothers as well as a greyhound brother. My foster family told me that I can come back to visit any time :-)

Deja Vu Doll Checking In
Hi! Doll here to give a little update on my progress. I am now able to go up and down the steps off of the deck to the backyard without any assistance. There are 7 steps in all! I also sleep through the night without any wimpering. I have been in my foster home for 6 days now and have not ever had an accident in the house. I actually will go potty on command while out walking on a leash or in the backyard. I am told all of the time that I am such a good girl (and I usually get tasty treats following 'good girl' - yummy! ). Oh yeah, I also will lay down on command. I am very eager to please and will work for treats!

Deja Vu Doll Day 4 - Greyt News
Hi! Doll here to report awesome news! I just met my forever family! They are the best - so loving, kind, sweet, and great at walking on a leash :-) I am so excited about my new home. I will have a brother greyhound, Charlie, one human sister, two human brothers, and two great parents. I am sooooo lucky and grateful. I can't wait to move into my forever home. I will be dreaming of them every night until they come back to pick me up this Saturday. I do have a picture of my new Mom Sherry and sister El with me to look at until I see them again. Tonight I am enjoying the next door neighbors, Evan and Matthew, who are great fun to be around. The boys throw me stuffies and give me treats. What cool boys to hang out with!

Deja Vu Doll Day 3
Doll checking in. I had a really greyt day today. I got my picture taken with a really nice neighborhood girl, Jordan. She likes dogs and I like kids... how greyt is that!?! I met a Golden Retriever named George. He was very excited and barked a lot. We had an excellent meeting and his barking did not bother me a bit. I hope I can hang out with him sometime. Just so you know, I have yet to bark or roo. I think I will save my voice for a very special occasion. After one of my walks, I showed Emma how to really play with stuffies. I threw the stuffies into the air as high and far as they would go. My foster parents are impressed with how easy going I am. Apparently, they think I am a happy-go-lucky dog all of the time.

Deja Vu Doll Days 1 & 2
Hi! My name is Deja Vu Doll, but you can call me Doll for short. I arrived at my foster home last night after a day of travel. Traveling in the car was not a problem for me because I slept the whole way. When I arrived at my foster home, I met my foster sister greyhound, Emma. Our initial meeting went greyt and we have been buds ever since. Emma shares all of her many stuffies and bones with me which I really enjoy. I have gotten pretty good at going up and down the front steps at the house (4 steps in all). I like going outside and meeting the neighbors because I get lots of attention. I really like being pet, hugged, kissed by both adults and kids. I do give kisses once in a while too. Apparently, while in the house I am not allowed to counter surf so I am working on not doing that (though it is fun because sometimes there is food up there). Oh boy, do I enjoy food!

Bella's Big Day!
Today is one of the best days of my life. I found my forever home! I have a greyt new family who even has a brother greyhound for me! I am so excited to meet all of my new family members and see my new digs. I am so lucky to have found such a greyt home! My foster parents worked with me last night and today on helping me get to know how great kids can be. I really like the kids Evan and Matthew who are my foster parents next door neighbors. Evan is in a pic with me. The treats, toys, and slow meeting process really helped me understand kids are greyt just like big people. I can't wait to meet my new 7 year old little girl family member. There is a pic of me kissing my new Dad. He is greyt. My foster parents told me they will really miss me and that I am a true angel. I am welcome back to their home anytime.

Bella Day 2
Bella here checking in for the evening. I had a really good night sleep last night in Emma's bed. I could have slept in my own bed, but I thought I would test drive a different style bed for fun. Emma didn't mind. Today I was fine when my foster parents went to work because I was home with Emma. She was greyt company while the humans were away. We had several fun walks today. I was friendly to all dogs big and small. For some reason, small children make me a little nervous but with some work I should be fine. I am now relaxing with a bone, which I enjoy very much. Stuffies are fun, but bones rule!

Bella Day 1
Hi! My name Bella (which is short for Isabella). My racing name is Bbf Yellow Apron. My foster parents picked me up today. I hopped right up into the back of their car and layed down most of the way to my foster home. I was told I was a good traveler. When I arrived at my foster home, I was happy to learn I had a sister greyhound. My initial meeting with Emma the brindle greyhound went very well, and we have been pals ever since. We had a good time racing around the backyard side-by-side. I am fully house acclimated because I have lived in a home before. My foster parents tell me all the time that I am such a good girl. I do listen to everything they say and am eager to please.
